Our wedding will be held on Sunday, May 25th, 2025 but we’re hoping you’ll join us for a weekend full of events! All events will take place at SSS Ranch in Calistoga, CA, which we’ve rented out for the entire weekend.

Friday, May 23rd

WELCOME EVENING
7:00PM – 10:00PM

Kickoff the weekend with a casual evening of dinner and drinks. Dress code is denim. Do with that information what you will!

Saturday, May 24th

CELEBRATION 5K RUN (OR WALK)
10 AM SHARP

Start the day with a 5K run around the property. There will be snacks, drinks, and awards! While there is no time limit, your completion serves as your entry ticket for the wedding ceremony.

POOL PARTY
11:00AM – 5:00PM

Bring a swimsuit and prepare for a fun BBQ day at the pool! We’ll have spikeball, volleyball, and a wide assortment of pool and lawn games. Towels provided.

WINE TASTING
5:30PM – 7:00PM

We’re in Napa Valley, after all! Sample a wide range of local wines, brought on site by some local experts.

DINNER & DRINKS
7:00PM – 10:00PM

After you dry off and get a little wine in you, join us for the more official welcome dinner. Dress code is garden party / cocktail attire.

Sunday, May 25th

DURING THE DAY
Feel free to enjoy the pool, hot tub, lawn games, gym, and amenities of SSS. Also feel free to check out a wine tour, hike, or other Napa Valley attractions!

CEREMONY
4:00PM

Time for the main event! Join us under the big walnut tree for our wedding ceremony. Dress Code is Black Tie Optional.

RECEPTION
5:00PM – 10:00PM

Celebrate the night with drinks, dinner, and dancing in the barn!

AFTERPARTY
10:00PM – 2:00AM

For those who want to keep the party going, come down to the afterparty in the cellar!

Monday, May 26th (Memorial Day)

Time to say goodbye! We’ll have some light bites and morning coffee to send you off and thank you for celebrating with us!
