HOTELS & LODGING

For those not staying with us onsite, there are several lodging options. The Napa area has a wide range of places to stay, and we’ve provided a couple recommended areas and hotels below. For our more adventurous guests, we’ve organizing Glamping Yurts on the property, so you can be here for the action all weekend long. This is a Rory + Cristina wedding after all!

Glamping

Glamping at SSS Ranch! We will have a number of Glamping Yurts set up and available to stay on site. The yurts are 16 feet wide, 10 feet tall, and come equipped with everything you see below (chairs, rugs, tables, lanterns, pouf, bedding, bath towels, etc). There will be separate showers and restrooms set up as well. Standard configurations are as follows (prices are for the full 3 nights):

  • 1 Bed (up to 2 people): $850

  • 2 Beds (up to 4 people): $950

  • 2 Twin Beds (up to 2 people): $750

Calistoga Spa

Other Lodging Nearby

There are a wide range of hotels, Airbnb’s, and other lodging options available in the area. Generally, the venue is ~10 minutes from Calistoga, ~20 minutes from St. Helena, ~25-30 minutes from Santa Rosa or Healdsburg, and ~45 minutes from downtown Napa.

Getting Here

SSS Ranch is located about 1.5 hours from SFO, Oakland, and Sacramento airports, and 20 minutes from the Santa Rosa airport. There is ample parking onsite to drive yourself to all events. Pending demand, we may organize shuttle(s) or carpooling options as well.

Flights

There are a number of airport options that make sense for SSS Ranch:

  • San Francisco International Airport (SFO): ~1.5 hours drive

  • Sacramento International Airport (SMF): ~1.5 hours drive

  • Oakland International Airport (OAK): ~1.5 hours drive

  • Sonoma County Airport (STS): ~20 minute drive, with direct flights from Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Minneapolis

Shuttles & Driving

There is ample parking space to drive to the venue. If you’d be interested in a shuttle or in carpooling with others, let us know in the RSVP!
