After almost 15 years together, we’ve amassed quite the photo album. Please enjoy a few photos from the several thousands in our archives!
Check back in after New Years for the completed photo album!
Middle School
Although we probably didn’t say more than 10 words to each other at Borel Middle School, we were serendipitously next to each other in the Running Club yearbook photo in 2007!
High School Cross Country / Track
We started dating in November 2010, during Cristina’s freshman year and Rory’s sophomore year. Several of our first dates involved Rory running the 5 miles each way to Cristina’s house!
High School Dances
Please enjoy these extremely dated photos of us from several Homecomings, Winter Formals, and Proms.
All the way through High School
Back when a big date for us was taking the CalTrain up to San Francisco for the day.
Entering College
From our early days in Boston
Exiting College
To our later days in Boston (and a few places in between) before we both moved back to the Bay Area
Boston Marathons
We’ve got a combined 7 of ‘em! From Cristina’s first in 2015, to the remote COVID marathon we ran in the middle of the Nevada desert, to this year!
Back to San Francisco
We were thrilled to both be back in San Francisco in 2018 where we spent most weekends at the beach, on the bike, or out in the Sierras.
Into the Mountains
Collectively, we’ve probably spent more weekends out in the mountains than at our apartment, but we’re not complaining! Our favorite places to return to are Yosemite (of course), Teton National Park, Big Sky, and anywhere along the Eastern Sierras.
Roadtrip Anniversaries
We started this tradition in 2020 for our tenth anniversary and have been lucky enough to repeat it a few times, all thanks to our trusty 2006 Honda Pilot. It’s taken us from San Francisco to the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, White Sands, Joshua Tree, Great Sand Dunes, Jackson Hole, and everywhere in between.
Around the World
Post-pandemic, we’ve taken advantage of every opportunity to both travel together and plan travel for each other.
Wedding Guest Pros
Some of our favorite travel has come from reuniting with friends at the 20+ weddings we’ve been to in the past few years. (Sorry we’re not sending you somewhere more exotic for our wedding!)
Engagement
In expected fashion, we had to run 5 miles to our engagement on top of a big rock. Rory convinced 22 friends to haul over 1,000 lbs of gear in to the Yosemite Backcountry to set up a surprise glamping experience. After showering off in the solar powered shower, we were treated to dinner, the proposal, champagne, and celebration for the weekend!
